I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for the manner in which Jack Carey handled the sale of my property at 204 Haskell St. in Fall River. It was done in a totally professional manner from its inception to its conclusion.
The market price that was established by Jack was right on because it generated more activity than I had originally anticipated. Although an earlier agreement failed to materialize, Jack continued to offer and show the property resulting in its eventual sale.

A very belated note to formally thank you, and all of the people who work with you, for helping me to complete the biggest and most enjoyable purchase of my life so far.

As you know very well, this was my first experience not only in buying a home, but in finding out how much there is to doing it! To complicate matters even further, since it was a second home that I was looking for, most of the process took place long-distance. It was time for me to sell my home in Fall River.  The thought of doing this was somewhat stressful. I had many fond memories of this home.  

To make the situation worse, I was now living in New Jersey.  It was important that I find a Realtor that I could trust and depend on during this procedure. 

I made several phone calls to friends and relatives in the Fall River area to get information about Realtors.  I kept hearing good things about McNally Associates Real Estate. Then I called Mike and asked him to set up an initial appointment to meet him. 
After our meeting I felt very comfortable and confident with my decision to work with McNally Associates Real Estate. Mike proved to be the right person for selling my home.  His ability to build a level of comfort and trust was important to me.  He showed extensive knowledge of the local market and his understanding of the demographics and people in the area was helpful. 
Some examples of how Mike helped me are:

Well we finally made it.  All three closings are done, and now the fun part begins... 

I want to thank you and especially Jack for all your time and efforts (and I know you dedicated a lot of both to us).  I know this wasn't the easiest package for you people to work through.  I'm sure you sensed some frustration on my part during this process, but I am glad Jack was able to keep things in perspective and help us accomplish what we set out to do---sell both our house and my mother's, and find a new place we can call home. 

One anecdote I do want to share.  While going through the process I did have the opportunity to meet numerous other realtors.  Many of them try to obtain listings with promises of a "hot customer" interested in the house, etc., and others showing us houses they thought would "work" for us.  My level of frustration with the process almost tempted me to explore my alternatives on several occasions.  However, on one particular occasion I had my son Timmy with me while looking at another home.  The other realtor was giving us the tour and I was asking all the typical questions (heating costs/insulation/age of mechanics/etc.).   When we got back to the car Timmy turned and said to me, "Gee dad, how come they couldn't answer your questions?  Sounds like they don't know what they're talking about. " At least when Mr. Carey shows our house he can answer all the questions and knows what he's talking about."  Well out of the mouth of babes...
